Refund & Returns Policy

At LunariaHub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is required

Non-returnable Items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. After approval, send the product to our return address

  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with product photos.
